Hello
My name is Jerzy Piątek and I am a professional photographer. In my creative work, I often go beyond the traditional boundaries of photography, engaging in broader image-building projects that also include marketing, branding, and public relations. I write well, which is why I work with both image and text in my practice.
I have been involved in photography since childhood. The development of digital technology coincided with my conviction that photography is a medium for storytelling and for exploring the complexity of the world around us. I graduated from the Institute of Creative Photography in Opava, where I obtained an MA in Fine Arts with distinction in 2022.
My artistic practice focuses primarily on long-term documentary projects addressing social, historical, and political issues. I also work in portrait photography—both artistic and corporate—and create studio still lifes.
As a commercial photographer, I have extensive experience in event and business photography. I value the diversity of projects, a creative approach, and strong professional relationships, which allow me to respond precisely to clients’ needs. My work is further supported by many years of experience in reputation building and public relations.
